By accessing or using the Anybigworks website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Account Registration
You may browse our catalog without an account. Creating an account allows you to save addresses, track orders, and access B2B features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Products and Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur — we reserve the right to correct pricing and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product availability and specifications are subject to change.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm your order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount. Orders may be declined for reasons including fraud prevention, insufficient inventory, or payment issues.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Anybigworks is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most standard products in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Custom or personalized items may be non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
B2B Terms
Business accounts may qualify for credit terms and net payment options. Additional terms apply and are provided upon account approval.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Anybigworks or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Anybigworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
