Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Methods

Anybigworks offers Standard and Express shipping. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders. Express shipping is available for $25 (rates may vary by order size). Orders over $100 qualify for free Standard shipping within the continental US. We ship to the continental United States; international shipping may be added in the future.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Production lead times vary by product — custom or personalized items may require additional time. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and via email after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates by Method

Standard shipping: Free on orders over $100; otherwise calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Express shipping: $25 flat rate for most orders under 20 lbs; oversized or heavy orders may incur additional charges. Exact rates are shown before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website or the link provided.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available for select orders — contact support@anybigworks.com for inquiries.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most standard products. Items must be unused and in resalable condition with original packaging. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

Contact our support team at support@anybigworks.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product. Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item. We can apply your refund to the new order to expedite the process — contact support for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Custom/Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are made to your specifications and are generally non-returnable. Exceptions apply for defective items or errors on our part. Contact support for resolution.
