Description
Labels that fit your product — not the other way around. Our custom die-cut labels are produced in any shape on your choice of 3mil white or clear BOPP vinyl, 60lb semi-gloss paper, kraft paper, or textured stock. All labels use permanent acrylic adhesive rated for temperatures from -20°F to 200°F.
Print in full CMYK with optional PMS spot colors, metallic inks, or white ink underlay for clear substrates. Finishes include matte, high-gloss, and soft-touch lamination. BOPP vinyl labels are waterproof and UV-resistant — rated for 2+ years of outdoor exposure without fading.
Labels are supplied on rolls (core sizes: 1", 2", or 3") or kiss-cut sheets, ready for hand application or automatic label dispensers. FDA-compliant adhesive options available for food and beverage labeling. Minimum order is 250 labels. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) with a separate die-line layer showing the cut path. Artwork should extend 1/16 in beyond the die line for bleed. We provide free templates for common shapes.
MOQ is 250 units for digital printing and 1,000 units for flexo printing. Digital is ideal for short runs or variable data; flexo is more cost-effective at higher volumes.
Labels printed on BOPP film with lamination are waterproof and oil-resistant. Paper labels can be coated with a gloss or matte laminate for splash resistance, but full waterproofing requires film stock.
