Description
Protect your product from the factory to the customer. Our precision-cut foam inserts are CNC-routed from closed-cell polyethylene (EPE) foam to match your exact product dimensions with ±0.5mm tolerance. Anti-static ESD-safe foam available for electronics.
Choose from white, black, or charcoal foam in densities ranging from 1.2 lb/ft³ (soft cushioning) to 4 lb/ft³ (firm support). EVA foam available for premium presentations. Multi-layer inserts with different cutout depths accommodate products with multiple components — common in cosmetics kits, tool cases, and electronics bundles.
Foam inserts are used in electronics packaging, medical device packaging (cleanroom-compatible options available), luxury product presentations, and industrial tool cases. Minimum order is 100 units. We produce from your CAD file (STEP, IGES, or DXF) or physical product samples.
Frequently Asked Questions
Provide a 3D model (STEP or IGES), technical drawing, or physical product sample. Our engineering team creates a CNC program and ships a prototype insert within 5 business days for your fit approval.
MOQ is 250 units. Prototype and tooling setup is a one-time charge included in your first order. Reorder MOQ drops to 100 units since tooling is already on file.
PE (polyethylene) foam is best for shipping protection — it's firm, closed-cell, and moisture-resistant. PU (polyurethane) foam is softer and ideal for retail presentation cases. We can combine both in a laminated insert.
CNC prototypes ship within 5 business days of receiving your product specs. Production runs take an additional 10-12 business days after prototype approval.
