Our Custom Roll Labels are produced on a continuous liner roll with consistent leading-edge orientation, compatible with standard thermal-transfer label applicators, hand-held label dispensers, and automated labeling machinery.
Three material options cover the full range of product labeling needs. Semi-gloss permanent paper delivers sharp text and graphics at the lowest cost per label. White polypropylene (PP) permanent film is fully waterproof and chemical-resistant — the right choice for beverage bottles, personal care products, and cleaning products. Clear polypropylene permanent film gives you a "no-label look" on transparent bottles and packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions
White polypropylene (PP) is the standard choice for beverage labeling. It is fully waterproof, resists condensation and ice bucket exposure, and applies cleanly to glass and PET plastic bottles. For a premium "no-label look" on clear glass, choose clear PP — the transparent label film makes the design appear printed directly on the bottle.
Our labels are wound with the leading edge on the right, which is the standard orientation for most US label applicators. Core diameter is 3" and maximum roll OD is 8". If your machine requires a different orientation or core size, contact us before ordering — we can accommodate alternate wind directions and core sizes on request.
Yes. We accept multiple SKUs per order with a 500-label minimum per individual design. Each design is produced on a separate roll. Volume pricing is calculated on the total label count across all SKUs in the order.
Static barcodes, QR codes, and sequential numbering can be incorporated into the print file and produced as part of the standard run. For true variable data (unique serial numbers or QR codes per label), contact us for a variable data print quote — this requires a digital press workflow and is priced separately.
We produce labels as small as 0.5" × 0.5". At very small sizes, fine detail and small text (below 6pt) may not reproduce cleanly. Our prepress team reviews all artwork at the ordered size and will flag any legibility concerns before production.
