Frequently Asked Questions
The one-way valve allows CO₂ released by freshly roasted coffee to escape the pouch without permitting outside air to enter. This prevents bag bloating while maintaining an oxygen-free environment that preserves freshness for up to 12 weeks.
MOQ is 1,000 pouches per size/design for rotogravure printing. For smaller runs, we offer digital printing with a 500-pouch minimum. Volume discounts start at 5,000 units.
Absolutely. The multi-layer barrier laminate works for tea, spices, nuts, protein powder, dried fruit, and any product that needs moisture and oxygen protection. The tin-tie closure and degassing valve are optional per product requirements.
With the aluminum foil barrier layer and one-way valve, whole bean coffee maintains freshness for 8-12 weeks from the roast date. Ground coffee and other dry goods can achieve even longer shelf life depending on the product.
