We use your product samples or CAD files to CNC-machine an aluminum mold. Prototyping takes 7-10 business days. Once approved, the mold is used for production and stored at no charge for future reorders.
MOQ is 1,000 units for thermoformed (smooth finish) and 2,000 units for transfer-molded (textured finish). Tooling cost is a one-time investment included in your first order.
