Our roll labels are compatible with all standard thermal transfer printers from Zebra, SATO, TSC, Honeywell, and others using 3-inch or 1-inch core rolls. Wax, wax-resin, and full-resin ribbons are all supported depending on your stock selection.
MOQ is 1 roll (500 labels minimum per roll) for standard sizes. Custom die-cut shapes have a 4-roll minimum. Pre-printed labels with logos start at 4 rolls as well.
Yes. We pre-print static elements (logos, borders, regulatory text) using flexo, then leave designated zones blank for your in-house thermal transfer printer to add variable data like barcodes, dates, and batch numbers.
