The Challenge

The brand was preparing to launch three new product lines — a cold brew concentrate, a flavored creamer, and a single-serve pour-over kit — across more than 200 retail locations nationwide. Each product needed distinct packaging that still felt cohesive under the brand. The timeline was tight: six weeks from design approval to shelf-ready product. Their previous packaging vendor quoted eight weeks and couldn't accommodate all three formats in a single production run.

The Solution

Anybigworks assigned a dedicated project coordinator who worked directly with the client's brand team. Within two days of receiving the design files, we delivered digital proofs for all three packaging formats: a folding carton box for the pour-over kit, flexible stand-up pouches for the cold brew concentrate, and a rigid sleeve for the creamer bottles. We consolidated all three products into a single production run across two facilities, which cut lead time and reduced per-unit costs. To support the in-store launch, we also produced 200 custom counter displays. All 15,000+ units shipped directly to a third-party distributor, palletized and labeled per retailer specifications.
