The Challenge
The company, a SaaS company with 150 employees, was growing fast — adding 30 or more new hires every quarter. Their HR team had been assembling welcome kits by hand: ordering items from five different vendors, storing inventory in a conference room closet, and packing each box individually. The process was eating 15+ hours per quarter in sourcing alone, and the results were inconsistent.
The Solution

Within a week, we presented a 7-item onboarding kit configuration: custom rigid gift box with magnetic closure, screen-printed cotton t-shirt, embroidered cap, insulated stainless steel tumbler with logo, branded notebook and pen set, laptop sticker sheet, and a welcome card with QR code linking to their onboarding portal. When a new hire was confirmed, the HR team placed an order through their Anybigworks B2B account and we shipped a fully assembled kit directly to the employee's home address within three business days.
