The Challenge

The firm, a management consulting firm with 400 employees across six offices, had a fragmented brand presence. Each office ordered apparel and merchandise independently — different vendors, different blank brands, slightly different logo placements. When the company rebranded, the CEO wanted every employee to receive a consistent, high-quality apparel set that matched the new visual identity exactly. The Solution

Anybigworks built a custom apparel program around the firm's new brand guidelines. The standard kit for each employee included an embroidered performance polo (Port Authority K540, left chest logo at 10,000 stitches), a screen-printed crew neck t-shirt (Bella+Canvas 3001, full front logo), a 3D puff-embroidered snapback cap (Richardson 112), and a branded softshell jacket with interior embroidery. We collected individual size selections through a dedicated ordering portal, managed the size breakdown across all six offices, and shipped finished kits directly to each employee's office. For the firm's annual conference, we also produced 500 branded canvas tote bags, custom lanyards, and a set of retractable banner stands.
